This website introduces Hormuz: Red Soil and lets you join the first-match invite list. It does not create an account. The game is in development; features, art and plans may change.

Our work

The game name, artwork and text belong to the project, except where third-party rights or licences apply. Concept art is not final gameplay. The press page provides materials for coverage of the game; please identify concept art as such.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit automated signups, abuse the invite form, interfere with the service or submit someone else’s email address without their permission.

No warranty

The site and its materials are provided as available, without a warranty that they will always be accurate, available or free from errors. Joining the list does not guarantee a release date or access to a finished game.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for indirect losses caused by use of this site or interruptions to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our privacy notice explains how we use signup data. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites linked from this website.

Governing law and contact
